What does PT BeZhoe InfoTek Indonesia do?

We're a Jakarta-based software and IT consulting firm. We design, build, and run mission-critical systems for enterprise and government — ERP, logistics, e-procurement, e-meterai, HR, and AI platforms. We've delivered 27+ projects since 2016 for clients including Petronas, Jasa Raharja, and Sinarmas Land.

How does the "Pay as you GO" engagement model work?

With Pay as you GO, you fund progress as it ships instead of paying a large sum upfront. Work is delivered in reviewable milestones you approve, so spending tracks real output. There's no long-term lock-in — you scale the engagement up or down as your needs change.

What types of software do you build?

We build enterprise platforms end to end: ERP and finance systems, logistics and shipping software, e-procurement and e-meterai stamping, HR and e-recruitment, and AI/RAG knowledge systems. We also develop native and cross-platform mobile apps and 3D visualization — all tailored to enterprise and government operations.

How do projects start, and what's the typical process?

Every engagement starts with a short discovery conversation about what you're building. How long does a typical project take?

Timelines depend on scope. A focused module or mobile app can ship in a few weeks; a full ERP or e-procurement platform runs over several months, delivered in milestones. Because we work Pay as you GO, you get usable releases throughout rather than waiting for one big delivery.

What is an e-procurement system, and can you build one?

An e-procurement system digitizes purchasing — from requisitions and supplier management to tenders, approvals, and purchase orders — replacing manual, paper-based workflows. Yes, we build them: we developed the Petronas e-Procurement System (PePS), and can design a procurement platform tailored to your organization's policies and integrations.
